Discouraged Whale Sells This Altcoin Massively at a Loss
A well-known whale known as 0x9ed has reportedly sold a significant amount of Chainlink (LINK) tokens. Whale disposed of 155,264 LINK, equivalent to $2.24 million, for Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT) at a loss in the last three hours.
Whale had previously made a profit of $836,000 from his first transaction between October 28 and November 9, 2023. However, the current transaction resulted in a loss of $697,000. Despite this, the whale still continues to hold a significant amount of LINK in its address, with 309,000 tokens ($4.4 million). According to Lookonchain platform analysts, it is estimated that the whale may continue to sell more LINK on the Aave platform.
On the other hand, both FTX and Celsius Network transferred ETH again today.
Celsius Network deposited 7,500 ETH ($17.4 million) into FalconX about eight hours ago. Thus, the total amount deposited in the last seven days reached 25,000 ETH ($57 million).
Meanwhile, FTX moved 1,593 ETH ($3.66 million) to the 0xCeF address hours ago. The 0xCeF address currently holds 2,244 ETH ($5.16 million) and may soon deposit ETH to Coinbase, according to analysts.
