Binance Charity and Superhumans Foundation collaborate to aid war-impacted Ukrainians
Binance Charity, the philanthropic branch of the leading blockchain ecosystem Binance, has joined forces with the non-profit organization Superhumans Foundation to launch educational initiatives aimed at aiding Ukrainian citizens affected by the ongoing war.
With Binance’s donation of $150,000, the project strives to provide individuals with new opportunities and resources necessary to start their own businesses.
What does the project entail?
Central to the initiative is an intensive three-day entrepreneurship program tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs and graduates looking to initiate or expand their ventures.
Supplemented by a month of mentorship, the sessions in the program will recur every two months.
Approximately 100 participants, including civilians and veterans, are expected to graduate from the program, with an estimated 30% expected to subsequently jumpstart their own projects.
Furthermore, the project includes a peer-to-peer model to support veterans in fostering local communities, with a goal to train 50 veterans to establish their own groups by the end of the year.
Inspired by the success of the Superhumans Center, the initiative aims to scale this model to assist 100,000 veterans within the next three years.
Olga Rudnieva, CEO of the Superhumans Center, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating:
“Superhumans Center is happy to announce our partnership with Binance in the area of veterans’ reintegration into civilian life. It’s important not only to give people the best prostheses and highest-quality rehabilitation — we aim to ensure that they have a reason to leave their apartments. Mobility and independence for people with disabilities are not only about medical services, it’s also about having a stable source of income, interacting with colleagues, and feeling needed in society.”

What else is there?
In addition to the educational endeavors, the project presents a social franchise tailored for war victims and veterans.
The initiative seeks to bolster the entrepreneurial spirit among both civilians and veterans who wish to establish their own businesses.
The Education Center will also furnish dedicated spaces for individuals in training, fostering an environment suitable for networking, personal growth, and interactive educational pursuits.
Kyrylo Khomiakov, Binance’s Regional Head for CEE & Central Asia, remarked:
“Extending aid to war victims is an essential measure to facilitate their healing, recovery, and prosperity. We are privileged to unite with Superhumans in providing this assistance and optimism to individuals who have gone through terrible suffering. Binance Charity has resolved to support the Superhumans Center, an organization dedicated to offering Ukrainian war victims the prospect of a renewed, fulfilling life. We remain steadfast in our belief that our initiative and investment will generate opportunities for numerous individuals to kick-start new chapters in their lives.”
