Starting on September 22, 2023, at 02:00 (UTC), Binance will be launching Spot Trading Bots services for the BTC/FDUSD and USDT/TRY trading pairs.
Binance’s bots utilize the power of quantitative trading strategies, such as Spot Grid Trading and Futures Grid Trading, to automate buying and selling on the Binance platform. With features like the Long/Short Grid strategy and portfolio optimization tools like the Rebalancing Bot.
Binance Spot Trading Bots
Spot Grid Trading is a quantitative trading strategy that automates buying and selling on spot trading. It operates by placing orders at preset intervals within a configured price range. This strategy is particularly useful in volatile markets where prices fluctuate within a specific range. By capitalizing on small price changes, Grid Trading aims to generate profits.
Binance also offers Futures Grid Trading, which aims to profit from small price changes in volatile and sideways markets. The Long/Short Grid strategy allows users to trade with the market trend within a grid trading system, taking advantage of market volatility and ranging conditions.
Additionally, Binance provides portfolio optimization tools such as the Rebalancing Bot, which automatically adjusts the portfolio position based on desired token combinations.
Auto-Investment
For those looking to automate their crypto investments, Binance offers Auto-Invest, allowing users to grow their holdings using a dollar-cost averaging strategy. With Auto-Invest, purchased BNB is deposited into the BNB Vault, while other cryptocurrencies are deposited into the Simple Earn Flexible Products account, enabling users to earn daily rewards.
Furthermore, Binance introduced the Auto-Invest Index-Linked Plan, automating the purchase of cryptocurrencies in proportion to the Binance CoinMarketCap Top 10 Equal-Weighted Index. This monthly portfolio rebalancing feature ensures optimal exposure to the top cryptocurrencies.
