Vitalik Buterin Applauds Polymarket’s Predictive Power and Influence

Ethereum co-founder, Vitalik Buterin, has publicly praised the prediction market Polymarket for their impressive performance. He commended the platform not only for accurately predicting outcomes well in advance but also for actively contributing to collective decision-making through the visibility of conditional odds of different candidates. As recently reported, following the announcement that President Joe Biden will withdraw from the 2024 election, Polymarket indicated an 81% probability that Vice President Kamala Harris will be the Democratic nominee at the upcoming national convention.
